Review comment:
So sadly no we can't straight up remove them. I did however reorganize
them under `hadoop-auth` to be clear and added to the HDFS module the necessary
runtimeOnly dependencies for when `hadoop-auth` does get removed from core - we
don't break the HDFS module.
