In 9.x we can continue to have the solr-solrj jar dependency include everything
it does today. In 9.0 via one JAR, in 9.1+ via additional dependent JARs that
will be transitively included by our consumers. In 10.0 we could reconsider so
that users opt-in to additional JARs instead of unnecessarily depending on
everything. We don't require a "core" named SolrJ JAR filename /
maven-coordinates, although we could use that terminology colloquially
nevertheless.
