[~elyograg] don't commit the attached patch as is. There are a few gradlew
Lucene hacks that should still be there. They looked at a quick glance that
they were removed in the patch.
https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/709 had some changes for Gradle 7.4 and
shows the files that were upgraded.
