Resolution: Incomplete
[~shubanker] have you tried doing what [~gus] said about using 127.0.0.1 or
potentially not a DNS entry? It seems like you have DNS resolution being slow
and that is causing issues. This is even hinted at in StackOverflow.
There aren't any details in the ticket to say what hostname you even tried to
hit.
