Hey, great news!
bq. it is difficult to exactly pin-point as to which commit(s) made the
performance better now. Does anyone have a clue/guesses?
Nothing in {{CHANGES.txt}} jumps out as likely to directly impact startup time.
But who knows. It could've been an upgrade for one of the more important
deps, like the bump to Jetty 10 that happened in November (SOLR-15955) maybe?
