   Yeah, that was not meant to be a serious name suggestion but only a way to 
convey the `class ... extends ExitableDirectoryReader.ExitingReaderException` 
idea.
   
   `TimeAllowedExceededException` vs. `TimeAllowedExceededFromScorerException` 
-- the latter to me seems closer to the current 
`ExitableDirectoryReader.ExitingReaderException` which is also pretty specific.
