Thank you for looking into this one [~noble.paul]
I figured the problem lies in SOLR-17049 to which I worked around with heavy
warming queries. The work around(replaying heavy queries) is now causing any
schema or model change a challenge as any "collection reload" replaying all the
heavy queries and causing "reload" expensive operation. I will mark this
ticket closed and look forward for fix to SOLR-17049
