Review Comment:
   good question, i don't know.
   
   https://github.com/kotman12/solr/pull/2 proposes to defer parallel matching 
logic i.e. to not have it in the initial integration: that reduces scope and 
complexity initially code wise etc. and also from users' perspectives i.e. when 
setting a system up, should more shards or replica or more threads be used etc.
   
   _defer_ as opposed to _remove_ i.e. it could come back as a future 
optimisation or enhancement, after an initial integration.
