Once Solr accepts CBOR more completely for indexing, we should create a
CborJacksonRequestWriter that works with Jackson supporting CBOR to write
updates. Can separate this into two phases -- Jackson for JSON, then CBOR.
Note/risk: Does the OpenAPI direction for SolrJ lead to another alternative
conception of how the indexing classes work?
_(as of this writing, RequestWriter is in need of a refactor so that it's an
abstract class or interface instead of being for XML)._
