Apparently a number of tests are flaky with PRS -- see [~houstonputman]'s
[comment|https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/760#issuecomment-2448378316].
Would it be helpful to have a dedicated CI Job for PRS? I wish we could
somehow filter all SolrCloud tests in a test run.
