Good call out! We probably can't remove all mention of "core.properties"; I
imagine it'll continue to be relevant for "standalone" users who might want to
set props in a "CREATECORE" call? But we'll need to excise it from all of our
SolrCloud-specific docs on collections operations, collection properties, etc.
bq. one thing that isn't in your table but deserves equal consideration is
ADDREPLICAPROP
Agreed - will cover that in an upcoming writeup!
