I observe this change added the SolrRequest.getRequestType as an HTTP header in
HttpSolrClient. But only this client was updated! Thus RateLimitManager on
the server won't see the header for modern non-deprecated SolrClients:
Http2/Jetty or JDK. I'll link a JIRA issue.
