Description: There's not many code references to "org.apache.http" (Apache
HttpClient related stuff) in our source code, outside of SolrJ. Most remaining
are in solr-core. This issue aims to remove the remaining references. Out of
scope is any test code. (was: There's not much references remaining in
solr-core to "org.apache.http". Here, let's remove the remaining references.)
