Nice suggestion from [~dsmiley] that we mark inversion of value (true to false,
false to true) in DeprecatedSystemPropertyMappings.java by marking the line
with a starting !:
!solr.hide.stack.trace=solr.responses.stacktrace.enabled
Instead of the rules approach I took.
