Moving from 1x to 3x means a LOT of API changes. On this PR, you CAN run `./gradlew :solr:modules:langid:test` and the tests pass for the `langid` module. Though I had to tweak one of the tests as Tika now seems to always respond with a language detected, so I could't actually test the fallback logic. OpenNLP etc continue to work the same.
