Summary: Remove deprecated code from Solr 10

We have code marked deprecated in multiple previous versions that still is
living in Solr. Let's see what we can feasibly remove from Solr 10. This
doesn't have to happen BEFORE 10.0 is released, it can happen at any time, but
since I expect extra testing focus on a 10.0 release, this is a good time for
it.
