Add the pull request information into the crave command as a "message" - so that it is available in the dashboard. This should make it simple to understand what pull request is this action for 2. Functionally this has no impact other than to allow the Solr community see what the test command is AND in the future change it themselves as needed. # Solution 1. Use the `--message` flag to add the PR number 2.
