For what its worth Github's own MCP server
[https://github.com/github/github-mcp-server] is in a separate repo similar to
elastic and brave similar to other MCP servers on Docker's MCP catalog
[https://hub.docker.com/mcp] where the Solr MCP server could be made available.
Once it is in a separate repo, it can have its independent build and
implementation and release cadence.
