Had a discussion with a user of Solr who wishes this was available for
remapping an existing response writer like "csv" to a non functional response
processes. This was also a tip that [~hossman] gave. Be interesting to think
about a NoOpResponseParser that is meant to not do anything would work
differently than the one that was removed. Throws a 403 forbidden if used?
Just returns "non operation" message?
