Our langdetect language detector in the langid module uses a dependency
{{com.cybozu.labs:langdetect}} that is abandoned in 2012. See

Its homepage https://code.google.com/archive/p/language-detection/ says it
moved to https://github.com/shuyo/language-detection
A maintained fork seems to be https://github.com/azagniotov/language-detection
