Today solr uses library {{com.j256.simplemagic:simplemagic}} to detect file
types uploaded with various Solr APIs, to block executable and disallowed file
types. That library is Latest has had no release in 4+ years so is likely stale.
We can re-implement the needed checks and get rid of the library.
