I recall [~gerlowskija] you have feedback that you want Jetty HttpClient to be 
used by default, that it should be opt-out.  I agree with that.  The creation 
of this module didn't comply with that. Jan was clear in his PR for this module 
by showing the dependency tree (with it gone), and the ref guide opt-in 
instructions also clearly show that one needs to opt-in.  I think I overlooked 
this as a reviewer – sorry.  This can be changed for 10.1 easily enough.
