It also makes "Docs" a top-level menu item for Solr and the Solr Operator. Along with this change, I needed to make some of the sections nestled in a menu. Otherwise the menu was too crowded. So this required some fixing of css and other stuff to make scrolling and hovering work. Overall, there will be small fixes and improvements when scrolling on the site.
