Update on this - The Jetty issue gained some momentum, now with a PR in review
(by [~serhiybzhezytskyy]). The newer Jetty 12.1.11 does NOT fix the bug. We'll
have to check on the status of the issue/PR.
Right now it looks like we'll have to release 10.1 on older Jetty 12.0.x unless
the Jetty project moves faster to release a fix.
