`AbstractFullDistribZkTestBase.getTotalReplicas` has been deprecated since
9.0, with javadoc noting it's "virtually useless" since it doesn't consider
shard/replica/node health status. Test-framework only; no known replacement
exists yet. Lowest priority of this batch.
