Environment:
`SolrTestCaseJ4.getHttpSolrClient(String)`/`(Replica)`/`(String, String)`
(10.1), `JettySolrRunner.newClient()` (10.1), `SolrJettyTestRule.reset()`
(10.0, "please don't call, no replacement"), and
`SolrTestCaseJ4.copySolrHomeToTemp` (10.0, use a basic/default config instead)
are all test-framework-only. High call-site churn but low risk — good for
splitting across multiple contributors.
