https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-17894 Pass additional arguments (compressor instance and threshold) to `DistributedClusterStateUpdater` and its inner classes to compress `state.json` data according to configuration. Add a unit test to verify that ZK data is compressed above the threshold if compression is enabled.
