Closing this draft. It has sat unreviewed since February with all four checklist items open, and it has drifted: it names `spring-ai-core` for `VectorStore`/`EmbeddingModel` (those are `spring-ai-vector-store` and `spring-ai-model` on the resolved classpath), targets Spring AI 1.1.2 where `main` is on 1.1.7, and lives under `docs/`, which is the user-facing tier; design notes belong in `dev-docs/`. Nothing on `main` depends on it, and #64 already tracks the feature. I will move the design summary, with corrected artifact names, onto #64 and bring it back as a `dev-docs/` change alongside an implementation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
