As of todays Solr gives an option to keep a number of backups as retention
strategy. However a user can execute multiple requests back to back and wipe
off backups taken before a certain point in time.
Option to have a parameter in API 'maxBackupAge' similar to
'maxNumBackupPoints'.
Age based retention gives flexibility to keep backups for a longer amount of
time.
