We have a number of ways of describing a curl command. In
[https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/4177] I noticed that our curl pattenrs
just in the indexing pages are all over the place.
We want our curl examples use this order:
curl 'URL' \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-H 'Other-Header: value' \
-d 'request body'
For updates:
1. curl
2. URL, including query parameters
3. Request headers
4. -d or --data-binary request body
Because -d implies POST, we omit -X POST.
And no "$" attempting to simulate a terminal!
