`cluster-environment-info` is listed by `solr-orbit list telemetry` under the optional REST devices and is described in the docs, but enabling it with `--telemetry cluster-environment-info` records nothing. `WorkerCoordinator._create_solr_telemetry_devices` builds every other REST device (`SegmentStats`, `ShardStats`, plus the always-on Solr devices) but never `ClusterEnvironmentInfo`. Nothing else in `solrorbit/` constructs it either; only `tests/unit/test_telemetry.py` does. The `Telemetry` wrapper therefore never sees the device, so its `on_benchmark_start` (which reads `/api/node/system` and the CLUSTERSTATUS node count) never runs. I noted this while looking into #5. The fix is to add the device to the list that `_create_solr_telemetry_devices` returns.
