Amrit Sarkar commented on SOLR-17953:
-------------------------------------
Backports are up so this can land on both release lines:
* [#5197|https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/5197] for {{branch_10x}}
* [#5198|https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/5198] for {{branch_9x}}
Main PR is [#5066|https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/5066]. The only conflict
was in {{BackupCmd}}, since both branches still have the non-incremental backup
path. The 9x test also needed small Java 11 tweaks.

> I was restoring a directory, and i had previously looked at it in OSX Finder,
> so it had the .DS_store files. Which then caused:
>
> "Operation restore caused
> exception:":"java.nio.file.FileAlreadyExistsException:java.nio.file.FileAlreadyExistsException:
>
> /Volumes/BackupDude/solrstuff/solrs/solr-9.8.0/server/./solr/backup/wikipedia_backup/.DS_Store",

> "msg":"/Volumes/BackupDude/solrstuff/solrs/solr-9.8.0/server/./solr/backup/wikipedia_backup/.DS_Store",
> "rspCode":-1
>
> Seems like that directory should just be excluded?
>
> I ran
> find . -name ".DS_Store" -delete
> to clean things up. Sigh.
