Adds {{nodes=all}} (or a comma list) to {{GET
/api/node/query-insights/top-queries}}, using the same proxy as
{{/api/node/system}}.
*Scope*
* Fan out to each node in parallel, merge into one list sorted by the requested
metric.
* Nodes that error or time out are listed in {{failedNodes}}, using
{{RemoteRequestProxy.getFailedNodes()}} and {{NodeProxyingJerseyResponse}} the
same way {{/api/node/system}} does since SOLR-15823. No core change.
*Tests*: 2-node cloud test with queries on both nodes; stop one node and check
it shows in {{failedNodes}} while the other's records still return.
