This adds a community blog entry that links an external article: indexing WebVTT caption files in Solr so a search returns the second a phrase is spoken. The article indexes each video as one document with its full transcript, plus stored cue offsets and start times. That way phrase queries match across caption cue boundaries, which fail with one document per cue. The unified highlighter with `hl.fragsize=0` marks matches in the whole transcript, and the stored offsets turn each match into a timestamp. It also points out the `hl.maxAnalyzedChars` default (51,200 characters): on a long transcript, it returns the document with no highlight. I'm a video editor, and I wrote the article on my studio's site. Everything in it was run against Solr 10.1.0 in Docker before publishing, and I drafted it with help from an AI assistant.
