This is a good reason going forward to alwasy open new PRs in draft mode, and first when you want to let others in, flip the switch. I often failed at this myself, and now we have another reason. A disadvantage is that external contributors may "waste" the entire LLM review the moment they open a draft PR. And they don't even get hints on what **are** the best practices that the triager will evaluate on, since we removed those from the template.
