Update org.apache.httpcomponents.httpclient)
Update: from testing I've found that updating httpclient will entail updating
selenium to 2.52.0. This shouldn't matter much as it's a test-only dependency.
However that in turn requires commons-io 2.3+, and Hadoop 2.2 uses 2.1. It
should be fine to standardize on commons-io 2.4 to match Hadoop 2.3+. According
to release notes it will be binary-compatible, and I see no relevant behavior
changes:
