Thank you Michael for review and suggestions.
1. Ok. I will use operator CacheTableAsSelect, it seems reasonable.
2. Yes, need to create the physical operator and I will use the Command here.
3. I think it may not require any result as it is similar to cache table
command.
4. It looks better to have eager caching , but I need to analyze more on it.
