Description:
When I run an R cell with the following comments:

# p <- p + scale_fill_manual(values = set2[groups])
# # p <- p + scale_fill_brewer(palette = "Set2") + scale_color_brewer(palette
= "Set2")
# p <- p + scale_x_date(labels = date_format("%m/%d\n%a"))
# p

I get the following error message
