[~April_ZMQ] After in-depth study of your problem, I think the major cause of 
this error is bad modeling method rather than GLM disadvantage. The error 
seemingly is cause by NA produced by reweight function, but I found we can not 
handle your case even we add more constraint to the scope of {{(offset, 
weight)}} which is produced by reweight function. Since your data is very ill 
condition and the error of your response variable is not following poisson 
distribution at all. You can refer the following std/variance of features and 
label for your fitted model:

such as other families/links or different features ensemble.
