If checkpoint work, [markCheckpointed|
https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/rdd/RDD.scala#L1287]
method will be called. all references to its parent RDDs will be removed.
I have updated the reproduce code.
