At the moment, both are a concern to me, but I am happy to read more on what
has been discussed to sway my opinion. My reasoning right now is that if the
code is blindly pointing to a non-Apache Spark site and this is not OK, then,
for the same reason, pointing to the same site from the Apache Spark website
(without context) is also suspect. Anyways, we can certainly move forward with
changing the code while I get up to speed with previous discussions on this
external website.
