For the attached csv file, the code below causes the exception 
"org.codehaus.janino.JaninoRuntimeException: Code of method 
"(Lorg/apache/spark/sql/catalyst/InternalRow;)Z" of class 
"org.apache.spark.sql.catalyst.expressions.GeneratedClass$SpecificPredicate" 
grows beyond 64 KB
