Checked the API
[documentation|https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/api/R/index.html] for
sparkR.
Was not able to find a way to *setLocalProperty* on sc.
Need ability to *setLocalProperty* on sparkContext(similar to available for
pyspark, scala)
