Hi [~adav], I attached the jstack info for both the better executor and lower 
executor FYI.

Hi [~rxin], is it possible for you to reproduce the issue? Since [~jerryshao]'s 
24 cores machine can see the difference between NIO and Netty, and even with 16 
cores per executor Nio can outperform Netty. Because I'm afraid you are not 
able to access our cluster because of the firewall.
