https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-28463 shows we need to improve the
overall test coverage for Thrift-server.
We can bulid a test framework that can directly re-run all the tests in
SQLQueryTestSuite via Thrift Server. This can help our test coverage of BI use
cases.
