Thanks for update.
This is spark supports for CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION and I think it should be
mention in doc separately.
U can refer it in
https://docs.databricks.com/spark/latest/spark-sql/language-manual/create-function.html
where it does not talk about the CREATE OR REPLACE.
My suggestion it has to be there as and should be covered in doc.
