The only immediate need is Pyspark JDK 11 tests, but might find that simplifying or removing some stuff helps that goal. Can we 'sever' the link to the private DB repo? that shouldn't be part of the loop here. What's the relationship... it syncs from scripts there? can we not do that and leave the Jenkins config as-is, simply calling run-tests in general?
