Description:
Failed to start spark-sql when using Derby metastore and isolatedLoader is
enabled({{spark.sql.hive.metastore.jars != builtin}}).
How to reproduce:

bin/spark-sql --conf spark.sql.hive.metastore.version=2.1 --conf
spark.sql.hive.metastore.jars=maven
