Per Spark [build
guide|[https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/building-spark.html#building-submodules-individually]]
, individual module can be built separately with command :
{code:java}
./build/mvn -pl :<submodule-artifact-name> clean install{code}
However, for below modules, the build command above failed :

common/network-yarn
external/docker-integration-tests
external/kinesis-asl-assembly
external/kinesis-asl
external/spark-ganglia-lgpl
hadoop-cloud
resource-managers/mesos
resource-managers/yarn
sql/hive-thriftserver
{code}
Attached is the snapshot of a sample failure of such build.
