[~hyukjin.kwon]: When user submit streaming job, Streaming Tab will display
under WEB UI,
This Tab will have Streaming Statistics in terms of Graph.
Down there will be 2 Table Active Batches and Completed Batches.
In Active Batches table columns like Batch Time, Records tool tips can provided.
Same in Completed batch table column
